I always
liked to read cartoons, and I`m stuck with a picture of Donald Duck, who every
time when something went really wrong you could see him walking with his head
down, and in the background a road sign either saying “ To Langtvekkistan” (To Farawaystan) or Kuala Lumpur. So when we
had the chance, I really felt we had to go to this city.
Obviously
Kuala Lumpur now is very affected by the missing plane, and as we entered the
mall this was be the first that met us.
We left the
port early in the morning, and it took 1,5 hour with the bus to reach Kuala
Lumpur. Our plan was go get an overview at the city from the Petronas twin
tower, but the first tickets we could get was for the afternoon, which was too
late for us since our bus left at 3.
We took at
taxi to the KL Tower instead. And they had F1 cars, and a simulator.
Up in the
tower we had an amazing view over the city, and a great lunch.
The city
seems to continue to expand. From the KL Tower you have a great view, and the
food was really excellent.
This day
Helene went on a different tour to the Batu Caves
She walked 272
steps…
Next stop
