Coming to Sydney with a cruise ship is very comfortable, as the port is really in the down town.

e down town of the city.

In front of the ship you can see a woman who just came out from this tiny box she is standing next too. You can also see a statue of a rhino, which Sydney is full of at the moment. Eventually the rhino`s will be auctioned for charity, but for now they are just decorating the city. At the port we passed a man who played the didgeridoo with a snake in front of him. We don`t know if the snake was real or not, just happy that this orange and black “thing” didn`t move

Daniel loves to see sharks. Since we had all just been to the aquarium in Auckland (which was amazing) we decided to do different things this day. Rafael and Daniel went to the aquarium, who apparently were even nicer than the one in New Zealand

The rest of us just walked around, enjoying this great city. Many people on the ship has spent several vacations in Sydney, and they all seem to have had great time of fun, returning over and over again.

Sydney is not the capitol of Australia, Canberra is, a city approximately 300 km and one traffic light out of Sydney, according to a taxi driver we talked with. He said Canberra has nothing but the government building, and the reason why it is placed there is that Melbourne and Sydney could not agree who should be the capitol, so then it became Canberra. Don`t know if this is true, but it made us laugh.

As we left Sydney, heading towards Brisbane, we all agreed that we will be happy to come back and explore more of this great city, hopefully without any broken arms.
