San Francisco

January 25 we sailed into San Francisco. To see the Golden Gate Bridge coming closer, and then to sail under it…..

 

 

And then to pass Alcatraz….

.

After the US coastguard had cleared the ship we went to explore San Francisco. First stop for us was Pier 39

With the famous Sea Lions. Nobody knows why they are here, but they came after the earth quake in 89 and the city decided to

Let them stay.

The ship stayed overnight, some passengers left as the first leg is over, and new came on board.

The next day, our first stop was the museum “Believe it or not”

And then we had lunch at Rainforest Café.

We walked from the port towards Union Square, and had a great day.

At night we left, and our next stop will be Honolulu.
